Before I off to Uni, I decided to make myself a breakfast

to have a GREAT start of the day!!!

Happy Waffle day~

All of sudden, I'm craving for waffles!!

as my fav whenever I back home I will go and

grab 1 with peanuts butter+chocolate!

so I grabbed them from supermarket and toasted at home!

Oh yea! it make up my day~~

My Dinner

All of sudden, I'm craving for pasta, avocado and salmon.

So I decided to make it by myself!!

So I bought all the ingredients.

It's easy, Get

1, Smoke salmon 100gm

2, One Avocado

3, Pasta ( any types you like)

4, half glass of milk

5, Shredded cheese 100-300gm

(amount according to yourself)

Okay, the boil the pasta for 10-15mins, then put aside let it dry a bit.

cut the avocado and stir it, then cut the smoke salmon into cube or tiny pieces.

All ready, mix avocado and smoke salmon then stir with pasta,

Lastly, Put milk in flying pan, let it boil the add in shredded cheese, about 1minute

put the mixture of pasta+smoke salmon+avocado.

Stir them all together about 3minutes(or the cheese melt)

Tadaaaa!! Ready to serve!

Today we planned to do assignments for whole day,
then i get received a call from my friend,
then we went to New DFO in the city called "South Wharf".
Actually we finding it for few times but we didn't make it.
So this time when my friend asked me to go,
i was... did you know the loaction, hewas like...
i also don't know oh, but i searched the map and
which tram to take to reach there.
My friend and I was happy
because he will always plan
before he going to somewhere.

Then we went to a restaurant
to have a HOT lunch... then on our way to find DFO~
then we shop around and have fun.. there's lots bigger than the old one.
Quite many stuffs if compare to the Essondon one. =)
Really, it's few hours for us to relieve our stress, laughing, talking craps together...
It's a fun day~~~ chit chat about our life in this big city.
Encouraged each other, well..
we really enjoy hanging out together!!

Springvale

Today afternoon, I went to springvale.
It's another place that most asian living,
just like Boxhill. But Springvale is alots bigger than
Boxhill, there got a lot of things to buy!! many asian food,
I miss those dim sum in 2020, used to be my breakfast.
Have lots of vietnamese there, and most of them can speak
cantonese... lots of foodsssss!!

It's very easy to made, 男女老少
(male,female,elderly,youngers)
all suitable to eat~

It's NICE and YUMMY to be the Chinese New Year tibits too.
Everyone will like it~

First, get ready with the ingredients:
1, Sweet Potato x1
2, 年糕（nián-gāo，
rise cake/new year cake）x1
3, yam x1 4，eggs x2
5, flour x300g 6, sugar 3tbs


P/s: It's depending on the size of the 1 and 3,
follow the recipe, its about 5pieces of the
crispy colour cake.

Steps:
1st - Cut the 1,2,3 into same size,
square or round will be easier. of cause you
can cut it into any size y0u prefer!

2nd - put 2 between1 and 3-
(Attn: 2 must in between)


3rd - put 5 into a bowl add in 6 and beat it
then add in some water if its too sticky.

Put the 1,2,3 into the miture of flour+eggs+sugar

4th - Heat the pan and oil
then deep fry, hold it use cake tongs for 30seconds
to avoid the 3 layers separate while frying.

5th - then fry until golden colour.

Finally, Serve while hot! =)

Fried mee!!

I cook this with, fried mee, lettuce, turkey, carrot, onion, eggs, garlic.

A week before exam started, i cooked some fried mee

to bring to campus, so i don't need to walk under the sun and

go buy lunch, it's the Firstime i fry mee in mel,

it taste really GOOD!!! i feels like the one mum

cook at Home! T_T.. i miss mum badly on that time.

Anyway, it taste really good, only bit salty cause i marinade

with soy sauce then i add salt, cause i forgot!!! but my friend said it nice!!

It's a nice and sunny day, i already paid

for the trip a week ago, cause it Uni organized @ cheap price

half than the trip from the tour in the city and special

for our Uni students. =)

We visited to 4 wineries :

When visiting, not only tasting the wine,

but also got some yummy and tasty finger food.

Such as pies, cheese,fruits, bread & etc
